Export is only available for the Advanced Store and higher.

Export tools in Store allow you to download your products, orders, or customer list in a CSV file. You may want to use this if you need to get your store data in a table format for importing to third-party systems or for editing your store products in mass in a spreadsheet editor etc.

To export products:

In the left panel, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click Catalog, and then click Products.

If you need to export all your products, at the bottom of the list, click Export All. To export a part of your inventory matching some criteria, use the filters in the column headers or use the product search field, and then click Export all found.

In the export settings dialog, select the delimiter and the columns you want in the file and click Download CSV file.

Save the CSV file to your computer.
The Product ID is a unique global identifier of a product, internal to Store . For example, Storeuses it in product URLs. You cannot import a product ID or change it to a value you like.
To export orders:

In the left panel, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click My Sales, and then click Orders.

At the bottom of the list, click Export All or select the orders you want to export and click Export selected.

In the export settings dialog, select the delimiter and the columns you want in the file and click Download CSV file.

Save the CSV file to your computer.
When exporting a list of customers, the CSV file will contain the customer name, email address, customer group, tax exempt status, date and time of registration, and consent for email marketing.
To export a list of customers:

In the left panel, click Sell Online, and then click Manage Store.

Click My Sales, and then click Customers.

If you need to export all your customers, at the bottom of the list, click Export All. To export a part of the list matching some criteria, use the filters in the column headers and then click Export all found. Alternatively, select the customers you want to export and click Export selected.

In the export settings dialog, select delimiter and the columns you want to get in a file and click Download CSV file.

Save the CSV file to your computer.
